| If you've purchased the TIE-IN service from our online shop in addition to your pipe bag then we will get in touch with you via email concerning the postal set-up. But here's a bit of info regarding the tie-in process and postal conditions. | ||
| In order for you to have your new BENNETTpipe bag tied in by us, you'll have to send us your pipe stocks... that means sending your 3 drone stocks (labelling them: bass, inside tenor, outside tenor), your full blow pipe (stock and blow stick), and your chanter stock. | ||
| We advise you send your stocks by Recorded Post or Courier so that we have to sign for them. This allows you to track your package online and to make sure that we have received them.* | ||

| To track and check that we have received your stocks go to http://www.royalmail.com and enter the reference no. given by post office. | ||

We advise you pack and protect your stocks using substantial packaging that will keep your stocks from moving around during transit. BENNETTpipe bags ensure that on return, your stocks and bag are packaged safely and securely so that you receive them in one piece.
